To accelerate the company's industrialization and informatization management, and to advance the digital transformation of its business processes and business models on the existing basis—so that informatization better serves the company's development strategy, enhances its operational level and execution capability, identifies its sustainable competitive advantages, and builds its core competitiveness—on March 22, 2023, Xi'an CHINAF Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. held the launch meeting for the implementation of the Informatization–Industrialization Integration (note: industrialization and informatization) Management System.
The meeting designated Mr. Feng Xiaoliang, General Manager, as the top management representative of the Informatization–Industrialization Integration Management System, and Mr. Feng Min, Deputy General Manager, as the management representative, and appointed the heads of various functional departments as members of the system task force. The meeting held an in-depth discussion on how to implement the Informatization–Industrialization Integration work and carry out digital transformation, and identified relevant incentive measures and an implementation plan. At the launch meeting that day, the General Manager introduced the company's current overall operating status and its urgent need for informatization and industrialization development; the local Bureau of Industry and Information Technology gave a detailed briefing on the contents of standards such as the Digital Transformation Reference Architecture, the Guide to Building the New-Capability System for Digital Transformation, the Digital Transformation Value & Benefit Reference Model, the Guidelines for the Grading of Informatization–Industrialization Integration Management System Assessment, and the Graded Requirements for New Capabilities of the Informatization–Industrialization Integration Management System. At the same time, it gave a fairly comprehensive introduction to the connotation, background, status, role, and conditions of Informatization–Industrialization Integration, as well as its coaching and certification process, illustrated the importance of the work for enterprises and the issues to be avoided when launching such a project, and shared successful Informatization–Industrialization Integration cases from other enterprises.
The successful holding of this launch conference marks the formal start of CHINAF's Informatization–Industrialization Integration management-system implementation. The company will take this as an opportunity, through the participation of all staff in building the management system, to advance implementation as a normalized routine, continuously enhance its core competitiveness, and strive to pass the Informatization–Industrialization Integration Management System implementation review at an early date—so as to play a leading role in promoting and implementing the system across the manufacturing industry.
