The Production Department shouldered responsibilities through practical work, completing over ten thousand outsourced machined parts and advancing the supporting facilities for more than seven hundred R&D parts; through process optimization, tooling costs were reduced by 20%, achieving cost reduction and efficiency gains via innovation. The Project Department acted with rigor and responsibility, advancing 8 projects and accepting 6 (with an acceptance rate of 75%), accumulating valuable experience in cross-industry technology integration. The HR & Administration Center provided thoughtful support, introducing key talent while strictly controlling costs; travel expenses were reduced by 40%, and the bidding process was safeguarded throughout with zero errors, solidifying the backing for stable company operations.

With the new journey of 2026 already underway, each department has defined its work plan aligned with the company's strategy, pledging to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with all colleagues to achieve new goals: The HardTech Center will delve deeper into technology, striving for excellence to provide comprehensive technical support, overcome technical challenges, and solidify the company's technological foundation. The Project Department will uphold quality bottom-lines, strictly control project gateways, improve acceptance pass rates, refine customer satisfaction evaluation mechanisms, and execute every project and serve every customer with dedication. The HR & Administration Center will serve as the "solid backing" for everyone, building a scientific performance assessment system, establishing a shared human resources pool, developing an intelligent bidding system, and fully guaranteeing the implementation of company strategy.

During the commendation segment of the annual meeting, the company presented four major awards—Outstanding Employee Award, Special Award, Special Contribution Award, and Outstanding Newcomer Award—and announced the recipients, commending the advanced and stimulating vitality across the workforce.

General Manager Ms. Feng Min looked back on the past and discussed the future with everyone.
