Recently, leveraging its deep technical expertise and comprehensive solution capabilities, Xi'an CHINAF Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CHINAF) outperformed numerous competitors and successfully secured the contract for the Superalloy Blade Milling & Grinding Flexible Machining Automatic Line project with Anhui Yingliu Hangyuan Power Technology Co., Ltd., with a contract value of RMB 23.95 million. The main features of this production line are:
1. The first attempt to combine domestic and imported equipment into a single line — built on our successful delivery of multiple blade grinding cells equipped with purely imported five-axis grinding centers, and on our successful delivery of multiple blade grinding cells equipped with purely domestic five-axis grinding centers;
2. The first attempt to produce both turbine blades and guide vanes within the same cell — built on our successful delivery of grinding cells for guide vanes and our successful delivery of grinding cells for turbine blades;
3. A production line that simultaneously delivers two advanced functions — pose-adjustment and full-closed-loop control — built on our delivery of full-closed-loop grinding cells and of grinding cells featuring both pose-adjustment and full-closed-loop capability.
4. The first attempt at combined aero-engine and gas turbine machining capability.
