Feng Min introduced that CHINAF deepens its work in aero-engine and aviation/aerospace, providing blade-machining solutions—from flexible lines to process-path optimization—via proprietary systems and patented equipment. The turbine-blade flexible grinding project jointly won the Second Prize of the 2023 Shaanxi Provincial Aeronautical Society Science & Technology Award. Its flexible manufacturing cells are found in all major aero-engine OEM plants, solving challenges of blade accuracy/consistency, environmental sensitivity, thin-wall deformation, diverse postures, and airfoil-based posture adjustment.
Founder's Story
"Xi'an CHINAF was founded by my father's generation, starting from importing renowned equipment, focusing on aerospace precision-machining for decades—expanding from process equipment to the entire process, upgrading from standalone equipment to manufacturing-cell solution providers. With algorithms for adaptation, posture adjustment, and scheduling, my math background found application in machining scenarios, optimizing resources and processes." Feng Min added: "From the decision to pursue flexible manufacturing, we researched in Europe—visiting equipment makers, CNC companies, and foreign integrators—building our system from scratch to attain independent IP and provide localized one-stop solutions."
