R&D is the source of enterprise development. Over the past year, guided by the company's principles, CHINAF united all departments, deepened technology, optimized designs, and advanced project implementation and acceptance.
1.Completed pre-acceptance and final acceptance of the "Blade Grinding Machining Cell Project," winning unanimous customer praise. This is the first domestic blade automated machining cell built entirely with domestic equipment and domestic control software—integrating part posture adjustment, fixture compensation, full-closed-loop machining, intelligent scheduling, and intelligent dispatching, at the leading edge domestically and internationally.
2.Completed technical design and scheme review for the "Superalloy Blade Grinding & Milling Flexible Automated Line 1# Project"—combining domestic/imported equipment, milling/grinding, and different blade types and models, marking another leap in blade grinding & milling line technology.
3.Completed technical design and scheme review for the "Nozzle-Housing Digital Machining Cell Project," adopting hydraulic automated tooling and automatic changeover mechanisms, further raising line flexibility.
4.Completed technical design and scheme review for the "EDM Digital Machining Cell Project," a major breakthrough in aero-engine blade EDM flexible manufacturing.
5.Completed technical design for the "High-Pressure Turbine Blade Grinding Automated Cell Project," integrating blade-deburring and blade-serration projection inspection equipment, refining blade-grinding process technology.
6.Obtained three patent grants and two approved software-copyright registrations.
7.The jointly executed project "Development Technology and Application of Automated Closed-Loop Machining for Aero-Engine Turbine Blades" won the Second Prize of the 2023 Shaanxi Provincial Aeronautical Society Science & Technology Award.
II. Production Capacity and Skill Enhancement
1.Upgraded equipment, improved production management, and expanded overall capacity.
2.Shifted parts manufacturing from process-based machining to product-based manufacturing.
3.Organized comprehensive technical training using production-prep time, cultivating versatile talent.
III. Qualification Assessment and Exchange Activities
1.March 2023: District leaders (Mr. Wang Guodong, Mr. Zheng Wei, Mr. Wang Pengtao) visited for inspection and research.
2.August 2023: Passed MIIT certification under the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System requirements and was awarded the "Certificate of Conformity Assessment for the Informatization–Industrialization Integration Management System."
