This equipment integrates multiple pre-processes, including workpiece pre-assembly clamping, datum calibration, parameter presetting, and status re-inspection. A single unit performs multiple operations, eliminating the need for multiple separate devices; this effectively reduces floor space and simplifies material handling paths, allowing flexible adaptation to compact flexible production line layouts.
Additionally, the system features automatic identification of workpiece profile datums, autonomous pose adjustment, and zero-point alignment. It conducts full-domain data acquisition of the workpiece’s external contour, reference planes, and critical mounting points, while simultaneously performing incoming quality screening. By providing precise pre-process data for subsequent precision machining, it ensures single-piece machining accuracy and guarantees consistency across mass-produced products.
