  • Core Machining Equipment: Multiple EDM small-hole drilling machines, precisely adapted for the precision machining of film cooling holes and "dustpan mouth" features on various blades, balancing machining accuracy with the demands of mixed-model production, laying a solid hardware foundation for digital manufacturing.
  • Automation and Clamping:​ Equipped with a six-axis robot and a high-precision zero-point positioning system, complemented by CHINAF custom tool libraries and loading/unloading stations. Supporting automatic electrode changing, this unit realizes full-process automation for blade transfer and clamping, reducing manual intervention and enhancing operational continuity.
  • Inspection and Support:​ Configured with non-contact laser measuring machines and vision recognition systems, supplemented by CHINAF dryers, realizing pose adjustment before machining, online inspection during machining, and cleaning treatment after machining, comprehensively ensuring product precision and cleanliness.
  • Integration and Assurance:​ Features the CHINAF PCS Production Management System, custom tooling, and a turnkey package, equipped with edge computers to achieve seamless integration of equipment, software, and tooling. Providing one-stop implementation services significantly reduces client coordination costs.
