1.Prepare preliminary solutions based on sales/customer needs; draw preliminary layout diagrams; appropriately select related automatio equipment.

1.Conceptualize and structurally design tooling/fixtures based on customer drawings, specs, and agreements.
2.Use CAXA 3D etc. for 3D modeling, output annotated engineering drawings, compile fixture part lists, standard/outsourced part lists, and submit procurement/machining requests.
3.Deeply understand and apply fixture-design principles, completing designs per machining characteristics.
4.Understand automation-cell fixture requirements; deep knowledge of zero-point-positioning mother/daughter plates and pallets.

1.Full-time college diploma or above in mechanical/automation.
2.Experience designing dedicated fixtures for precision parts such as aero-engine components; 5+ years in precision-part machining-process/design; familiar with common military-material properties.
3.Proficient in CAXA 3D solid design and CAXA electronic board for 3D modeling and 2D drafting; proficient in tolerance calculation, fit selection, and dimensioning standards.
4.Willing to deepen expertise in machining; good teamwork and a spirit of inquiry.
