Job Responsibilities
1、负责机床零件加工工艺、装配工艺方案的设计与开发，编制工艺文件；2、跟进、验收零件加工，为加工现场提供技术支持，跟进零件加工进度与质量，确保加工的机床零件满足产品设计需求；3、指导、实施机床装配，解决机床装配过程中遇到的各种技术问题，确保装配进度与质量；4、根据工艺需求，设计、选型工装、夹具、检具等；5、对机床设计图纸、零件图纸进行工艺性审查，确保设计内容符合生产加工的可行性、经济性、高效性要求。
Job Requirements
1、中专及以上学历；2、有10年以上工作经验，其中有3年以上机床零件工艺经验，有一定的机床装配/产品工艺经验；3、熟悉大件、轴套类零件机加工艺，熟悉各类机床设备性能及精度，有一定的热处理工艺知识；4、有完整机床产品的产品工艺设计及实施经验，能看懂复杂设计图纸；5、有一定的分析及解决现场加工、装配问题的能力，有系统思维能力。
